Good afternoon Krysynka and Sam, Hope all is well. As we discussed on site a few months ago, construction is progressing at Caleb's Creek. Unfortunately, directional drilling costs have escalated significantly. I'm reaching out today to see if we can get permission to proceed with two utility crossings as "open cut" construction instead of "directional drilling" prior to us receiving approval of the overall permit(s) for the entire project. Please see the attached memo and click the links below to download the associated documents related to the request. 20240624 - Utility Crossing Memo \u0026 Details Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. We would be happy to facilitate a virtual meeting if further clarification is required. Lastly, we have not yet received comments from the USACE on the overall impact permit(s). Please let us know if there is anything outstanding on our end so we can expedite this process. Thankyou again for your consideration and cooperation through this process, Alex Alex Berlick I Civil Engineering Group Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. 507.254.4495 mobile 1507.288.6464 main Building a Better World for All of Us@ Follow SEH on Linkedln
