Dear Mr. Barnett,
Please reference the "Request for More Information" dated August 22, 2007 sent by the
North Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ) in response to the permit application
submitted by C1earWater Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), on behalf of Eagle's
Crest at Sharp Top, LLC. The permit application requested written authorization for the
construction of permanent road crossings associated with the development known as
Eagle's Crest. The DWQ determined that the application was incomplete and/or
provided inaccurate information and requested six additional items for review. Eagle's
Crest at Sharp Top, LLC is continuing to pursue this project and requests that the file
remain open. An engineering firm has been hired to design the requested stormwater
measures and plans for those measures are forthcoming.
Per our telephone discussion on November 27, 2007, Eagle's Crest at Sharp Top, LLC'
respectfully requests that the deadline to submit additional information be extended. A11
requested information will be submitted by Monday, December 17, 2007. Should you
