Please reference the "Request for More Information" dated August 22, 2007 sent by the
North Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ) in response to the permit application
submitted by Clearwater Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), on behalf of Eagle's
Crest at Sharp Top, LLC. The permit application requested written authorization for the
construction of permanent road crossings associated with the development known as
Eagle's Crest. The DWQ determined that the application was incomplete and/or
provided inaccurate information and requested six additional items for review to be
submitted within 30 days. Eagle's Crest at Sharp Top, LLC is continuing to pursue this
project and requests that the file remain open until the requested information can be
compiled.
