The system is comprised of gravity lines, low-pressure lines, pump station, & force main This public sewer system is designed to service 599 3-bedroom residential units and an amenity area with 150 maximum occupancy rating. The respective flows are 125,790 GPD and 1,500 GPD with a total flow of 127,290 GPD by gravity sewer. This low pressure sewer system is designed to service 50 3-bedroom residential units by low pressure sewer with a flow of 10,500 GPD. A total of approximately 20,900LF of 8-inch gravity line, 1,095 LF of 2-inch and 528 LF of 3-inch LPSSFM, 740 LF of 6-inch SSFM will be needed to complete the system. This new system will connect into an existing 14" along Old Georgetown Rd.SSFM and be served by the Brunswick County.
