Comments: Per conversations with operations manager Albert Guarin,the outfall did not discharge during the second quarter of 2024. 1 observed the outfall on 6/19/2024, shortly after being hired by Camden Yard Materials LLC as the environmental consultant for this site,and found the outfall to not be discharging even though pit dewatering was taking place.This was likely due to low water levels in the dewatering pond due to low rainfall in the past several weeks.The outfall will be continually monitored and samples collected if a discharge does occur.
