consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation
of these terms may be subject to civil or criminal penalties; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
NOTE: This transfer must be attached to copies of the following permit documents, which includes all
application forms and workplan drawings:
a. The New Permit 112-97 issued by CRC Variance on 8/22/97;
b. The Minor Modification issued on 1/12/98;
c. The Minor Modification issued on 10/5/99;
d. The Renewal issued on 3/20/01;
e. The Renewal issued on 3/20/06;
f. The Major Modification issued on 9/4/07;
g. The Renewal by way of the 2009 permit extension act;
h. The Renewal issued on 5/6/14;
i. The Renewal issued on 3/3/20.
j. The Transfer issued on 9/29/2022.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
December 31, 2024
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees that
your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.
