Dear Mr. Adams:
On August 15, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (the "Division") received the additional information
corresponding to your August 7, 2006 PCN application for the above-referenced project. The DWQ has
determined that this information is incomplete. Please provide the additional information requested
below in order to continue review of your project and to prevent denial of your application as required by
15A NCAC 2H .0506:
1. Riparian Buffer Impacts:
a. Please justify the increase in permanent and temporary riparian buffer impacts.
2. Diffuse Flow Requirements/Stormwater Management:
a. Level spreader #3 remains undersized for the Qlo discharge indicated on Plan Sheet # 4 and
the worksheet submitted on August 15, 2006.
Please respond within three (3) days of the date of this letter by sending five (5) copies of the above
information in writing. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts
to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your
