Lying and being in No. 10 Township, adjoining the lands of York-Wadsworth Co. and others, and
bounded as follows: Beginning at a box elder, on the south bank of Rocky River and runs thence South
19-1/2 West 295 poles to a post oak, John E. and Hiram Bost's corner; thence with John E. Bost's line,
South 72-1/2 East 64 poles crossing the Great Road to a P.O., corner of Lot No. 1, and in John E. Bost's
line,thence with line of Lot No. 1,North 14 East 278 poles to an ash by a Sycamore on the south bank
of river;thence up the river,North 29 West 8 poles,North 40 West 36 poles to the beginning, containing
90 acres, more or less.
