Shuying Wang and Michael Gearren, the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Winston-
Salem Regional Office (WSRO), visited the Belews Creek Steam Station on June 25, 204 to perform
Compliance Evaluation Inspection. The inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating
in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0024406. The
assistance and cooperation of Brenda Johnson, Travis Thornton, and Barry Jones are greatly appreciated.
Details of the inspection are recorded on the attached EPA Water Compliance Inspection Report.
There were no significant issues noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.
