Additional Details (if provided):The modification serves as an amendment to the approved erosion
control plan CUMBE-2021-083. The P.O. Hoffer Water Treatment Facility Reliability Improvement project
is currently under construction, and the contractor has requested a revision to the permitted contractor
area onsite.
Upon field reviewing the permitted stockpile/laydown area, it was observed that this area is situated in a
low-lying portion of the site that is routinely wet. Consequently, we have reconfigured the contractor
areas to different, drier locations on the site.We believe relocating the contractor areas to drier portions
of the site will improve the erosion control plan for the project. This amendment shows the locations of
the revised contractor areas on site and the associated erosion control measures.
