Inspection Summary:
On June 5, 2024, this facility was inspected for compliance. Contact was made with Brent White and Terry Fannon on site.
After reviewing the site's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, the only item found to be missing was a list of significant
spills in the past 3 years. If there are no reported spills for the year, then report that there were no spills and include that
documentation in the SWPPP. During the inspection, all outfalls were observed and had adequate access for sampling.All
areas observed outside of the facility where product is handled, stored, or transported were clean and free from excess
debris, trash, or plastic pellets from the facility. All stormwater inlets on the facility had inlet protection bags to catch stray
plastic pellets before they enter the stormwater drainage system. These filter bags are checked by the facility regularly and
emptied when needed and replaced when damaged. Site was found to be in compliance.
