Inspection Summary:
On June 5, 2024, Site was inspected for compliance.After reviewing the site's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, a list of
significant spills in the past 3 years was found to be missing. If there are no reported spills for the year, then report that
there were no spills and include that documentation in the SWPPP. During the inspection, all outfalls were observed and
had adequate access for sampling. It was noted that the drainage area for outfall 3 may only include employee parking. If
there is no industrial activity occuring in this outfall, it can be omitted from monitoring. Site was found to be in compliance.
