Mr Gilbert left me a message to call him before the Holidays. I have tried to reach him many times to no avail. I left
messages for him and he has not returned my call.
But I just called him again and he answered. He said he has sent the $60 check (BIMS has them paid) and will keep the
permit for now. He only visits the site 1-2 year. He said he will contact me next time he visits if he wants me and the
health dept to meet him out there and do a further review of the situation. But he understands why he has to keep the
permit.

Mr. Gilbert said that the 1970 trailer covered by this CoC no longer has water or power. He has a conventional septic
system installed for a different trailer.
He'd like to get rid of this CoC.
