Dear Mr. Grounds:
Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection report(CEI)for the inspection
conducted at the subject facility on May 20, 2015 by Mr. Barry Love with this Office. Thank you for your
assistance and cooperation during the inspection.
The report should be self-explanatory. Please take special note of the comments sections for things
which need to be addressed. Pool chlorine tablets were being used. These are harmful to aquatic life and only
tablets approved for wastewater use should be used(calcium hypochlorite). Please provide documentation to
this office when you have purchased new tablets. No analytical results were available at the time of the
inspection. The permit requires annual monitoring of the system. Please provide a copy of the analytical
results when available. The septic tank should be pumped every five years or as needed.
If you have any questions, comments, or need assistance with understanding any aspect of your
permit or this report, please do not hesitate to contact me at(704)-663-1699.
Sincerely,
Barry Love,Environmental Specialist
