Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Application —1st Submittal

The enclosed submittal package for the referenced project consists of a proposed low pressure sanitary
sewer system to serve 6 existing single family lots. The purpose of this project is to serve an applicant at
16300 Strollaway Road and all remaining lots on Strollaway Road. The proposed project is an extension
of the approved Woodfield -Lakeside development LPSS model (CLTWater Job #100-20-582). The
collection and disposal system will be a public system owned and operated by Charlotte Water. This
extension is part of Charlotte Water's extension policy (Chapter 3 of the approved Charlotte Water
Design). Charlotte Water has agreed to accept the flow generated by this sewer extension. The package
contains the following items:
