As discussed earlier, on behalf of OTH Realty LLC I would like to withdraw the 401 WQC application from processing until we resolve the below comment from DCM.

Thanks for your patience on this one and I appreciate the responses\workplans/utility maps provided to our additional information request.
Based on the investigation done to identify who owns the property directly underneath the Isabella bridge, it appears to be owned by the DOT/State of NC. With the proposed
structures encroaching not only into the adjacent property owner's riparian corridor but also across the entire property, DCM would still require some deed or other instrument
indicating that DOT/State of NC approves this structure. This seems to be a viable option, based on the email provided to DCM by Mr. Nichols on 4/23/24. Once the agreement has
been provided to DCM, we should be able to take this project off hold and proceed with a permit decision.
