Robeson County In a letter dated September 18, 1991, the Town of Parkton requests that the Town be allowed to begin Quarterly P/F toxicity monitoring as verses the monthly monitoring only toxicity permit requirement. The Town has consistently pasted four (4) months of toxicity tests and the Fayetteville Regional Office has no objections to the Town's request. Therefore, the Fayetteville Regional Office concurs with the Town of Parkton's request to begin Quarterly P/F toxicity monitoring and recommends that the appropriate permit modification be issued.
