Responses to NCDEQ DEMLR comments received 05/19/2024 below in bold:
1. Wet ponds are listed as primary SCMs per DEQ Design Manual.The wet pond provided will
alone remove TSS and nutrients per NSW requirements.
2. Supplemental EZ form has been revised.This site proposes Runoff Treatment in which the
increase in BUA of POI 1 is captured and routed through the SCM for treatment.
3. There are 2 small offsite areas with the neighboring Wrenn Villas subdivision (SW5240202)
that drain to the onsite SCM.These areas have been accounted for as 100% BUA for the
purpose of permitting.
4. Sheet C0.0 lists 24.12 ac for the Wrenn Farms property.This permit includes the 2 apartment
areas along NC HWY 96. Sheet C1.0 areas for the apartments have been revised to match the
deeds.The total for all 3 comes to 30.00 ac.
5. Total BUA has been revised to be consistent throughout the package.
6. a. Stream buffers are now labeled on the plans.
b. Line 21 has been revised to Simple Method.
c. Wet pond page revised per comments.
7. SCM drainage area is now shown on sheet C4.0.
8. Line 35 revised to total design volume of 41,449 cf.
9. 5b. Forebay has been revised. Calcs and Supp-EZ form have been updated.
11a. Label added to sheet C6.0 to line slopes with non-clumping turf grass.
11b. [tea Virginica has been replaced with Chelone Glabra from the MDC list.
10. Drawdown pipe has been removed.
