Description, Location, Purpose: AREA 1 & 2 make up 191' of Northeast Shoreline of the property
Area 1 will have 110 linear feet of class B rip rap installed over fabric. Soil will be brought in to level
out the area as needed before the fabric and rip rap is installed. Rip rap will be +/- 2' out from bank
and just above the water level. See AREA 1 pictures revealing existing riprap on shoreline that will be
continued the 110 linear feet. Expected 5-10 trucks of riprap delivered incrementally.
Area 2 will install an 81' long and 4'5" exposed bulkhead wall. Wall will have 6" x 6" timber piles and
will utilize 2" x 6" tongue and groove boards. Wall will be anchored with steel threaded rod and
timber deadmen. Wall will be backfilled with #57 stone to the top of wall grade. As viewable in AREA
2 pictures, two trees leaning horizontally over the water that are compromised due to erosion, these
will be removed.
