COMMENTS:
This facility was roughly out of power for 12 hours. An auxiliary generator took control on 9/6/96, and was utilized until power came on - 9/9/96. No
sewer manhole overflows in the Town were observed. The plant now appears to be normal except for sand and debris washed in by excessive flow.
