1. According to the DMR reports reviewed for the period March 1994 through February 1995, the.plant's effluent was in
compliance with the NPDES Permits Limits except for an exceedence for flow in.March 1994 for which an "NOV" was issued.
There was also a violation for not monitoring temperature for the required frequency. A notice of violation was issued.
2. Portable equipment (from the Red Springs WWTP).is being used to ascertain pH, chlorine residual, and dissolved oxygen.
3. Hydrologic Laboratory of Lumberton, NC does the permit required analytical work.
4. Required logs, calibrations, and records are being adequately maintained.
5. The effluent flow meter was checked/calibrated by the D.S. Dismuke Co. of Greensboro, NC in the last 6 month period.
6. Sludge is still permitted to be applied to the Robeson County Landfill.
7. An Imhoff cone determination of a grab sample of the plant's effluent revealed a trace/liter concentration of settleable
solids. The Supernatant had a low level of suspended solids.
