This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00187. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. However, as noted in the summary the gravity sewer cleaning records need to be kept in more detail so that compliance with permit conditions can be clearly determined. The gravity sewer cleaning records were available, but need to include more detail to make it clear that the annual cleaning requirement is being met within the required time frame of one year. Field Inspections During the inspection, pump stations number 8, 10, 3, and 6 were viewed. An electrical issue occurred at station 8 during the inspection, but the pump and generator were still operable at that time. Additionally, the alarm at station 3 was not operable at the inspection, but the operator was already aware of this issue and had an order in with an electrician to repair the alarm. All other aspects of the pump stations were in good condition at the time of the inspection including generators, wet wells, pumps, alarms, and proper signage and security. The manholes at the intersection of S. Burlington and E McLean St and at W. Townsend St were in good condition at the time of inspection. ROW at N Railroad and W Shaw- at the time of inspection one side was well maintained for access whereas the other side was becoming overgrown At the time of inspection both the aerial at 104 Wilkinson Dr and at S lafayette St were in good condition.
