Please find attached a copy of the bill for Annual Administering and Compliance
Monitoring Fees previously sent to the Town of Parkton on April 24, 1995. Mr. Harlan
Britt, Deputy Director for the Division of Environmental Management, asked that I send
this bill to you.
It is my understanding that Mr. Britt has discussed this bill with you and that you will
be discussing it with the Town official. Please let us know as soon as a decision is made

In accordance with Section of 15A North Carolina Administrative Code' 214.0105(b)(2), Annual .
Administering and Compliance Monitoring Fees shall be charged in each year of the term of every
wastewater permit issued by the Division of Environmental Management. Annual fees are ordinarily billed
one month following the issuance of the permit and annually thereafter on that anniversary date.
Due to a programming error within the Division's computerized billing 'system, the above subject
facility was not presented with invoices for annual fee payments for the years 1992, 1993 and 1994. The
facility is also due to make payment for its 1995 annual fee. The total of previous years' unbilled annual
fees, plus the 1995 annual fee amounts to $2,250.00. The total has taken into account the facility's
eligibility for a 25% discount in annual fees if the facility was in total compiianc a with the terms of the
NPDES Permit during the calendar year prior to the billing date.
The total listed above is due as payment of all past and currently due annual fees. Please make your
check payable to Division of Environmental Management and -submit payment ;within 60 days to the

failure to pay these fees may subject the facility to the issuance a Notice of Violation and may cause the
Division to initiate action to revoke the permit. If you find that you no longer need this permit, please
