2. Application is still missing temporary and permanent impacts square footage within
Zone and Zone 2 for both the pool and the access paths to conduct the work.
Additionally, more details regarding the installation of the pool will be necessary.
For example, will this project require net fill, where will the spoil for the pool being
dug be placed? No staging site has been identified on the property.
3. Agent authorization states Premier Pools is acting as the agent for the owner but the
application states otherwise, please provide a completed / corrected form.
Provide the requested information within 30 days of receipt of this email. DWR will
consider the project on hold until receipt of the information.
