We are requesting the 401 and 404 permit approvals for the Midtown project be updated due to the transfer of
permittee. Please see the attached Notice of Transfer letter and the updated mitigation SOA.
Our client is requesting this update ASAP so we can obtain invoices next week prior to the mitigation price increase. Let
