Copies of the data reports are available upon request. 3M is providing these data to fully disclose characteristics of stormwater discharges. Included in the data tables, are concentrations for Per-and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances. The data tables for Q4 2023 and Q1 2024 are being submitted as a voluntary characterization to supplement the application 3M previously submitted in 2021. Please note that we plan to continue submitting lab reports as voluntary supplemental information. 31VI is requesting written confirmation that the ongoing discharge of the PFAS constituents along with all the USEPA Method 537.1 constituents continue to be authorized under the General Permit. This is consistent with the Clean Water Act (40 CFR§ 122.28) requirement to submit complete permit applications for stormwater discharges and a 1994 USEPA Memorandum regarding Scope of Discharge Authorizations. We are requesting written confirmation of data addendum receipt by email or mail. If you have any questions or comments, we are willing to meet and discuss them. In the meantime, if you have any questions or comments, please contact me at(765) 228-9619 or by email at blarnett@mmm.com.
