During the Town of Holly Springs NC DEQ insVection, it was noted that the IDSF for the SIU, Seairr_.y;
was missing some of the metals and orgaiucs that haci been anafyzed for during the 2023 ca3`enctar
Upon review it has been determine that an error in our WIMs system caused the data to not be
transferred to the IDSF. An updated form that was manually corrected is attached along with this
letter.

Narrative
GENERAL INFORMATION:

SNCR
General Permit Information
No permit lapsed or expired prior to renewal.
Permit number 001 for South Wake Landfill was renewed January 1, 2024 and
expires December 31, 2028. This permit renewal included the addition of selenium
and silver to the limits page, along with the required PQL list. Chloride sampling
has been changed to monthly. South Wake added a reverse osmosis system to their
pretreatment and a schematic showing the buildings set up and new approved
sampling point was added. In the special conditions of the permit a formula for
calculating pounds was removed, there had been an error in the formula listed. The
Town's contact information was also updated.
Permit number 002 for Seqirus, INC expires December 31,2027.
• There were no violations in the 2023 calendar year for either SIU. The % violation
and % TRC violation columns are therefore empty.
• Since no SNCR was provided by DEQ the 2022 SNCR is attached. There were no
violations and therefore no SNC during 2023.
