Mr. Resnik,
I am writing to you regarding the fast -track sewer extension application Wrightsboro Commons Private Sewer (W00045330). Please receive
this message as a formal request for additional information
I have conducted a preliminary review of the application and so pporting documents for the subject application. In accordance with 15A NCAC
02T.0107, please provide the information requested below:
1. The FTA lists both SEC Wrightsboro Commons, LLC and Wrightsboro Commons Partners, LLC as applicants. Please clarify which
entity will hold this permit and make necessary revisions to the FTA if applicable. The applicant expressed in the application should
match the entity requesting the flow allocation on the FTSE form.
2. Tom Flanagan is listed as the signature authority but is not Listed as Manager in the NCSOS for either entity. Please provide
documentation that Mr. Flanagan is a manager or has the signature authority to sign for corporation chosen as applicant.
Per 15A NCAC2T.0107(e)please submit this information within 30 days.
