Per 40 CFR 122.41 (6) (i)this communication is intended to comply with the specified 24 Hour Reporting Requirement of
the Wyeth LLC's General Stormwater Permit. At approximately 11:15 am June 241", 2024 the facility experienced an
Unanticipated Bypass resulting in a Non-Stormwater Discharge of cooling tower water discharged to its facility storm
drains.
Upon subsequent environmental due diligence and regulatory review staff became aware of its reporting applicability
3:00 pm June 241", 2024.The constituents of the discharge have been assessed and no further reporting requirements
pertaining to EPA's RQ are applicable.
A follow up investigation to determine the bypasses root cause and corrective actions will be conducted and mailed to
the division in writing within 7 days. Please reach out to me directly if you have any follow up questions.
