No Overall Condition of Devices: ❑ Excellent IS Good ❑ Fair ❑ Poor Additional Notes T T = The following was completed during this visit: -Upon arrival, we initiated our full services to both wet ponds. -We also walked the entire perimeter of each wet pond as well as in and around all devices and picked up any trash and debris. -We picked up about 30 gallons of trash. -There was some filamentous algae in both wet ponds and we treated this with approved aquatic algaecide. -We also treated some areas around both ponds with approved aquatic herbicide to treat any unwanted vegetation. -If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office for further assistance.
