Thank you, Kathryn. Yes,we have looked into this. Outfalls 004 and 005 are rock dams-identifying discharge from
these outfalls has been difficult during rainfall events. Part of this corrective action plan includes adding sample
pipes to these rock dams to facilitate sampling(per detail 2/2).The outlet pipe from the impoundment for SDO-
009 is in a localized low area, and often underwater during sampling events. Isaiah Reed,during his site inspection
earlier this year, helped us identify a downstream alternative sample point(identified as SDO-009A on sheet 1 of
the drawings)which we will attempt to sample in future rainfall events. Let me know if you have any other

My only additional questions/concerns are the following?
The action plan says that Outfalls 004, 005, and 009 have had no discharge throughout the entirety of the
permit term (July 1, 2021 -June 30, 2026). Have you investigated why this may be?
