Inspection Summary:
Kathryn Peterson completed a full compliance inspection of the Triviumm Cable Plant in response to a Representative
Outfall Request. The facility's SWPPP was up to date (apart from the annual review), and the outfalls were observed and
were cleared and accessible. Ensure that the SWPPP is reviewed annually, including documentation that the review took
place. Mr. Huber sent a document stating that the plan has been updated In January of 2024 on June 24, 2024.
