RE: Missing Stormwater Samples- May 15, 2024-Outfall#2 and#4 Grab
Mr. Boles,
Louisiana Pacific Corp. submitted Outfall#2 and#4 sample bottles on May 15, 2024, by
courier. Upon receipt at Meritech, the Sample Receiving Department didn't feel that
there was sufficient sample for the TSS, COD, and Conductivity analyses requested. The
Sample Receiving Department Supervisor reports leaving a message for James Boles
regarding the insufficient sample volume, however, Mr. Boles reports never receiving
such a message. After further investigation, it was determined that the message was left
at a previous cell number that Mr. Boles no longer uses. This was a communication error
that has led to no results available to be reported.
