Project Narrative with Location Map
The proposed Gracewood project will be served by a lift station located within the
project. The lift station is sized to initially serve 263 single family residences (300
GPD/Residence) 78,900 GPD with the potential to support up to 357 total single family
units and recreation amenity in the future (total of +/- 108,300 GPD). The +/- 295 GPM
Duplex Lift Station will transmit thru a 6" FM. The FM connects to an existing gravity
collection system (Apex Collection Permit WWS-17-0356). The permitted flow
associated with this project is zero given that the flows have been assigned to
the collection system permit for the project (Authority Delegated to the Town of Apex).
This permit is limited to the permitting of the duplex lift station and +/- 5,071 LF of 6"
FM. The design of the Lift Station and FM is consistent with the MDC for Permitting of
Pump Stations and FM 03/08
