You all might want to follow up on this one. Looks like there was some correspondence with Char-Meck in 2023
about a move. Not sure if the new owner got a permit for the new location or not... maybe this COC for the original
location needs to be rescinded? If there's nothing operating at this address,the permit doesn't really apply.

N.C. DEMLR Stormwater Program has renewed the General Permit under which this facility is covered.
Our Program posted the draft General Permit for public comment during April 15 - May 15, 2024. The
new General Permit was issued on May 29th and became effective on June 1, 2024. Because this
permit had outstanding fees in the month prior to renewal,the Certificate of Coverage (COC)was
not renewed on June 1.
Please see the important letter attached, which is being mailed out by hard copy to the Responsible
Official associated with the Owner Entity.With this email, we are also reaching out to permit and facility
contacts in our system as of 6/10/2024 so that the information gets to all the right people.
If you have questions about the owed fees, please contact our Stormwater Billing Specialist at
