These documents were received byour Division onJanuary 25,2O1O. Areplacement page with corrections was received on February 3, 2016, for the first sheet of the "BMP -1 Wet Detention Pond, Water Quality Ca|Cu|8tiOns"section. The SMP approved by the DWR consists of a wet detention basin and includes all associated stormwater conveyances, inlet and outlet structures, and the grading and drainage patterns depicted onplan drawings received February 3,2Ol5. These plans and specifications for Phase ( are incorporated byreference into this approval and are enforceable by DWR provided however that any modification of the design for the stormwater management system that is accepted by DWR shall take precedence over the original plans and specifications.
