On January 29, 2016, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) issued an "Approval of 401 Water
Quality Certification with additional conditions" for the wetland and stream impacts for Phase |
ofthe Stafford Subdivision in|red8ilCounty. |norder tomeet Condition 7nfthat approval
letter, your consultant submitted a "BMP /&Storm Drainage C8|Cu|8tiuns" document along with
12 drawings labelled "Stafford Phase |, Resubmittal Date: June 16,2U15." These documents
were received byour Division onJanuary 25,2O1O. Areplacement page with corrections was
received on February 3, 2016, for the first sheet of the "BMP -1 Wet Detention Pond, Water
Quality Ca|Cu|8tiOns"section. This letter Ofapproval i5for the purpose and design that are

follow the conditions listed inthe Water Quality Certification for the project 8ndthe8dditiona|
conditions listed below:
1. The SMP approved by the DWR consists of a wet detention basin and includes all
associated stormwater conveyances, inlet and outlet structures, and the grading and
drainage patterns depicted onplan drawings received February 3,2Ol5. These plans
and specifications for Phase ( are incorporated byreference into this approval and are
enforceable by DWR provided however that any modification of the design for the
stormwater management system that is accepted by DWR shall take precedence over
the original plans and specifications.

areas shall require the applicant to submit a revised stormwater management plan to be
approved bythe DVVR.

4. Maintenance activities for the wet detention basin and related Stnrnnvvater devices shall
beperformed inaccordance with the notarized O&M agreement that you signed 0n
January 4,2U16. The O&M agreement must transfer with the sale ofthe land or
transfer Ofownership/responsibility for the BMP facility. DVVR must be notified
promptly Dfevery transfer.
The applicant and/or authorized agent shall provide acompleted Certificate OfCompletion
