B. Nesbit property located South of Salisbury on the Fisher Mill County Road, as shown on map recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Rowan County, North Carolina in the Book of Maps at Page 537, to which registered map reference is hereby made for a more accurate and complete description. SAVE AND EXCEPT from the before described tracts of land the following: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of NCSR 1503 (Grace Church Road, formerly Fisher Mill Road), said beginning point being a common front corner between Lots 5 and 6, the W. B.
