EXHIBIT A TO NON-WARRANTY DEED
Legal Description
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Locke Township, Rowan County,North Carolina, and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEING Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 31, 32, and 32 of the W. B.
Nesbit property located South of Salisbury on the Fisher
Mill County Road, as shown on map recorded in the Office
of the Register of Deeds for Rowan County, North
Carolina in the Book of Maps at Page 537, to which
registered map reference is hereby made for a more
accurate and complete description.
SAVE AND EXCEPT from the before described tracts of
land the following: BEGINNING at a point in the
centerline of NCSR 1503 (Grace Church Road, formerly
Fisher Mill Road), said beginning point being a common
front corner between Lots 5 and 6, the W. B. Nesbit
Property, Book of Maps, page 537; said beginning point
further being North 85° 33' 56" East 70.30 feet from the
fire hydrant on the North right of way margin of SR 1503;
thence from said beginning point with the centerline of
SR 1503 North 63° 26' 58" East 250.0 feet to an iron;
thence leaving SR 1503 South 04° 39' 22" East 375.37 feet
to a new iron pipe; thence South 83° 26' 58" West 250.0
feet to a new iron pipe on the East margin of Lot 6; thence
with the East margin of Lot 6, North 04° 39' 22" West
375.57 feet to a point, THE POINT OF BEGINNING, and
containing 2.0 acres and being a portion of Lots 3, 4, and
5 of the W. B. Nesbit property, Book of Maps, Page 537.
This description is per survey for Fieldcrest Cannon, Inc.
by Mel G. Thompson, RLS, dated July 13, 1993, being Job
#93 05 31 to which reference is made for a more specific
description.
Together with all additional rights, title, and interests of
Grantor conveyed and described in the Deed of Trust
recorded in Book 1050, at Page 406 in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Rowan County.
This is a portion of the property described in the Deed of
Trust recorded in Book 1050, at Page 406 in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Rowan County.
