The purpose of this letter is to notify the Division of Water Quality Express Review Program that
construction of the storm water control devices has commenced at the South Wake Landfill in
accordance with the Approval of Modification of Storm Water Management Plan dated April 17,
2007 issued by the Division of Water Quality. Conversion of the temporary erosion control
devices to the storm water control devices outlined in the Storm Water Management Plan dated
April 4, 2007 with revisions dated April 16, 2007 began this week. It is anticipated the
construction of these devices will be completed by the end of next week.
