Ms. Willmer, Thank you for the prompt review of the Fast Track Application for the Town of Maggie Valley sewer extension project. I regret that the incorrect box was selected on the form – we are aware that Jonathan Creek is a designated trout stream, and the project has been designed to comply with the required 25-foot setback requirements. Please let me know if you have any additional comments or need additional information. Thanks, Dana Dana Bolden, P.E.
