I do not see a Name/Ownership change request pending for this one, but the owner in our system is the same as NCG170169,so a change for one would convey for that other permit as well.We may need a form or some confirmation from that new permittee about change, but I will let Austin follow up with them on the paperwork. I'm copying our General Permits coordinator so she's aware. If KAMCP applied for a new permit, she'll know the status. I looked at our Name/Ownership request changes, though, and I see one for this permit. It looks like they've applied to transfer the current permit into the new owner name. It is still pending processing. When Austin processes that, the permit will be transferred to the new owner. Our renewal COCs and letters went to owners in the system as of early June just after the June 1 effective date, so that's why this permit still reflects prior ownership. Austin, please let us knowwhen you've had a chance to do this one.We may be able to use the COC renewal request form to generate a COC with the new information, and I can help with that.
