Mitigation Bank(Meadow Spring Site)hereby certifies the following:
1. Pulte Home Company LLC, Attn: Chris Raughley has deposited monies with the
Sponsor sufficient to acquire 0.388 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank for
use on its Cambria residential development/New Bethel Road and Hebron Church
Road / Garner project (Action ID: SAW-2021-01965), in Wake County in HUC
03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
2. Cambria residential development / New Bethel Road and Hebron Church Road /
Garner project requires a total of 0.388 Wetland Mitigation Credits as mitigation.
Of this amount 0.388 Wetland Mitigation Credits are being provided by the
Meadow Spring Site.
2. The Sponsor has deducted 0.388 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger in HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledgers reflecting the above transaction are attached to this Certificate.
