I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for TPB NCDOT - NC 46 Modernization (R-5739); 20240821 Ver 1;
Camden County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on June 17, 2024 NC DOT Division 1 (NCDOT Division 1 113 Airport Dr Ste 100,
Edenton, NC 27932) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality
Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity
for which this certification is sought regards Road maintenance/repair/improvements. The DWR’s proposed
date of final action on the application is July 20, 2024.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on July 20,
2024. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here:
