Brief Project Narrative:
The sewer system is being constructed to serve the proposed 13-unit townhome project and an existing
workshop. A private sewer line will be extended on the property (under a separate permit) to serve the
individual units. The project will connect to the Town of Southern Pines collection system and eventually be
treated at the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant.
This public sewer will consist of 29-LF of 8" SDR-35 gravity main and a new manhole.
