Mr. Boss,

This letter is in response to your 5-7-24 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

We exceeded the daily limit of 15 mg/L BOD on 5-15-24 with a 22.5 mg/L. The
operator noted he found dead frogs in the chlorine contact chamber that may have caused
the exceedance. The chamber was pumped out and we collected three additional BOD
samples to be compliant with the monthly BOD average.

We will make every effort to fully comply with additional testing and daily adjustments
as needed.
