Mr. Boss,

The wastewater treatment plant was found to be in violation of the SOC for the month of April.
Upon review of the data, it was found that we were out of compliance for the following, weekly
TSS, Monthly TSS, weekly BOD, monthly BOD, weekly fecal, monthly fecal and monthly
nitrogen ammonia. We were continuing to have upsets in the treatment process due to the bypass
preparation and heavy rain events. We had a few bugs to work out of the new aeration basin with
the influent flow going to the basin. We have finally found a sweet spot in the fine bubble
aeration. Numbers so far for the month of June are much better and showing signs that were on
the right track.
