Dear Ms. Wilmer,
Per the Notice of Violation for Morningstar of Jackson WWTP; an electrical supply issue
caused the breaker to trip on the UV light disinfection system on 3/5/24 & 3/12/24. The
waste water stream was not treated correctly causing an exceedance limit of fecal
colifom. After the breaker was reset on the UV light system no other limit exceedances
have occurred.
