Sean Buczek and I visited the site on August 3. 2023, we measured temperature
upstream, at, and downstream Outfall 002, results were summarized in a spreadsheet
(attached) created by Sean. The impacted area (with temperature higher than 32
degrees Celsius) is about 600 ft long and 150 ft wide, slight bigger than West Rock's
modelling (300 ft long, 100 ft wide). Please let Sean and I know if you have questions,
