On June 12, 2024, a site inspection was conducted for Newton Cable Plant facility located in Catawba County,
North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. Lorissa Milton, the
facility's EHS Manager, Ronnell Roberts, the facility's Facility Engineer, and Gary Little, the facility's Facility
Coordinator were present during the inspection and their time and assistance is greatly appreciated. The site visit
and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG030686.
As a result of the inspection,the facility was found to be compliant with the conditions of the NCG030686 permit.

the inspection.

Request. The facility's SWPPP was up to date (apart from the list of significant spills), and the outfalls were observed and
were cleared and accessible. Ensure that a list of significant spills is available on site. If the facilty does not have any spills
in the past three years, document this as such in this section of the SWPPP.
