Good afternoon Jerry,
Industrial stormwater discharges from the Cleveland County Landfill Facility are permitted under NDPES General
Permit NCG120000 (Certificate of Coverage NCG120072).An exceedances of total suspended solids was reported
at the facility's stormwater outfall SDO-003 following implementation of the previous Corrective Action Plan for
TSS at the outfall. Per the general permit and the previous corrective action plan,this corrective action plan has
been prepared to address the continuing elevated levels of total suspended solids,which can be downloaded
