If both the Central Office and Regional Office approve the rescission request, we will also waive any overdue annual fees. However, if you wish to construct or operate the subject non-discharge system in the future, you will have to obtain a new permit at that time. Please send an email to nathaniel.thornburg@deq.nc.gov to request rescission.  If you no longer own the property containing the subject facilities, please notify us so that we can contact the new landowner(s). As your permit notes, ownership of the permit does not transfer with the land, therefore you are still responsible for the permit and annual fees until we can re-issue the permit to the new landowner(s). Thank you in advance for your cooperation and timely response.
